Can i bhoonify chicken in masala ( tomatoes, cumin, powder, red chilli, and turmeric powder) and add knorr chicken cube in it. Would it sort of mock the taste of real pulaoo?? just wondering

Why would you wanna put chicken cubes in it when you’re adding chicken in it?
Chicken cubes should be added in dishes which do not have chicken in them, like add chicken cubes in matar pulao and you’ll be in heaven.

dont we typically add broth in pulao. I dont know how to make it, thought chicken cubes would make up for it

Aww okies. You dont have to add broth if you dont have it. Just add the chicken and other masalay needed for pulao. But dont put in cubes because it can leave a very artificial taste.

i just tried an experiment fried onion thn added chicken ginger garlic paste tomatoes lil yougart n add shan tandoori masla, close the lid when chiken was done added water n rice , water dried n put on dum, chicken tandoori rice ready. n they tasted great.
if you want simple palu add spices insted of tandori masla it will turn out great inshahallah.
