My 2 years old daughter has puffy eyes on/off since past 1 month. doctor gave her allergy medicine, but i think it didn’t work. I noticed when she has fever it get worse. I also noticed that its more puffy in the morning than during the day time is less. Anyone with experience. please advice. thanks
