Cold cucumber slices

The chilled cucumber slices is a good suggestion. You can also use one of the gel eye masks that you can stick in the refrigerator for a bit.

This one is a weird one - but the models swear by it. I haven't tested it myself: Prep H. It has ingredients which contrict capillaries, so it makes the puffiness go down asap. However, I wouldn't recommend it as a permanent solution.

cold cucumber slices or i wrap ice in a cloth n put them on my eyes.
