I used baby oil to clean my eyelids well my mascara and it has left me with a reaction on my eye lids, all puffed and wrinkly. Other than tea bags or cucumber how can I get my eye lids back?
My eye lids are so senesitive they seem to react to everything.
Are you meant to apply daily moisturiser on your eye lids or not. so confused if I do they seem to get irritated and if I dont they are very dry 
please advise!

Baby Oil should not be used around the eyes!
I really wish people would stop recommending petroleum based products for skincare.
Just leave them alone completely until they get back to normal. How long has it been?
If you need to remove makeup later, use a non oil based sensitive eye makeup remover (I like the one by Simple), moisten a cotton pad with this and then drop a single drop of Olive Oil (cold pressed virgin) on top of this. The makeup remover plus oil will get all the makeup off easily and it will also moisturise the eye area.
