Puff pastry

I bought this puff pastry sheets from the supermarket…can anyone help me with the recipe for the filling

U can use pretty much any filling... boil chicken with some spices, shred it, mix with veggies and cheese and spread on to sheets and bake... Leftover salan works great too....

They are so versatile ,you can do anything with them.I have used them using simple boiled & mashed potatoes,lightly seasoned or chicken mince cooked any way you like it.My most favorite filling is when I mix boiled and shredded chicken with sauteed onions & a lil cream cheese.I also once made them with blueberries,cooked with a lil sugar and reduced to a thick syrup.Someone here used Nutella once I think.You can do so much with them and it can hardly go wrong..!

I have used puff pastry as base for dessert as well, Baked them in oven with pastry cream and then topped with fresh fruit. Turned out yummy :)

sometimes cream cheese, sometimes cheddar cheese, soemtimes mozarella

My favorite filling
Is sukkah keema. I make them turnover style into samosas. They are delicious.

love puff pastry - you can literally fill anything. i like tandoori chicken with sweet corn or kidney beans and cheddar/mozerrella cheese etc or keema with peppers or chick peas.
