So i don’t have this channel anymore - how is their ramadan transmission? Are they still sticking to their no ghaaney and videos in ramadan policy?

PCG yes they are showing all ramadan usual stuff but THEY ARE showing all kinda songs , e songs, music progz as usuall so that is good . Shukar hai prime tv is learning something finallllly

they have the english as a subtitle during the taraaweeh now which has been a HUGE hit

oh now that is something I kept emailing them about - good to hear about changes in that channel.

I don't think TV has the right to force religion down someone's throat. PTV caters to Pakistanis. And not every Pakistani wants to watch religious programming 24-7.

Some Pakistanis want their pakipop during Ramadan.

I want it, because 1. I don't believe music is haraam - which is an entirely different debate and 2. I don't believe you should stop doing something just because its Ramadan and then resume it for the other 11 months of the year.

that's true...i must admit, I do miss the pakipop, but I don't miss the rest of the channel.

I answered Salman's question, otherwise my purpose of posting was just to check up if anything has changed on the channel. I'm thinking of getting it put back on, but I don't know if its worth it.
