I kinda remember watching the clips of Punjabi version of Raiza Raiza on PTV National / PTV-2. I don’t remember the name of Punjabi version, but I remember that in Punjabi version Shaista Jabeen played the role that was played by Fareeha Jabeen in Urdu version.

i think i requested these before too in this thread...but i wanna do it again incase someone didnot see that post.

i am looking for two ptv telefilms/single plays

1) catwalk....irsa ghazal, saleem sheikh, samina ahmed, saira khan
2) kallo...maria wasti and saleem sheikh.

Thanks for sharing that, rafe78. I remember how someone went to Pakistan and came back with video tapes of this 'Guest House' comedy series. I haven't watched all episodes, but enjoyed the ones we did have. My brothers and I used to say the line 'oi, my nim is rembo woi, djan rembo' whenever our parents would scold us about something. After receiving a trappar or two after that we stopped doing that.

What a Thread it has been! I am just wondering that why PTV Drama Serial "Namoos" from Peshawar Center has not been discussed here. It was telecast in 1983/84 and was a huge hit. I have been looking for the serial for a while but couldn't find it. Dr. Azam wrote it and it has several great actors from Peshawar Center in it. When I visited Karachi last time, I checked Rainbow center and other sources but couldn't find it. Any of you PTV guru's, by any chance do you have it even on VHS :( If not, any input from your memories will be great!
