Anyway, this makes it the third channel for which I am missing the FREE preview because I don't have a regular dish and because I have spent more of my pretty penny and have gotten myself a "superfreakingdish"
Any idea when/what channels I can get "The music", "QTV" and "PTV Global's" free previews?

PTV Global is getting better now. I think the main difference between PTV Global and GEO, ARY Digital is that PTV Global gives you the feeling of more orignatlity. You feel more closer to Pak where as GEO and ARY are more like out comers, like a soup. Specially GEO is trying to be more like hollywood/bollywood. One can feel the same thing in ARY dramas and some other programs.
Even though the stars performing in these dramas shown on GEO, ARY and PTV are the same but they look sooooo different when they are on PTV as compare to GEO and ARY.
I would prefer PTV on GEO and ARY....orignality vs fake...PAK vs Wana be Indians.

TUMS, tell me some good dramas airing on PTV Global?
Wujood-e-Laraib and Koi Lamha Gulab Sa Ho were genuine Pakistani dramas with no Indian touch. Similarly, there was Fusion Cooking with an actual chef for a change. Again, nothing Indian.
Now we're left with phateechar dramas at 11pm and weird dramas at prime time.
Recommend me some good dramas or programs that you think are worth watching, plus their timings as well.

Ok, watch Barson Baad, it's pretty good. also, if you like old songs, they had a great show about Shabnam a few days ago. I'll provide some more drama names to you soon.

Oh yeah that drama is awesome…even though the drama is made in UK still gives you the real feeling of Pak unlike other channels showing site scenes of foreign countries and trying to soup up the drama with TRYING to be half naked bodies. And if you get a chance to watch Uraan thats a good one too.
Also the good thing on PTV Global is they show mixture of oldies and new dramas. Like now adays they are playing Alif Noon and Tanhayaan.
I’d say much better than freakin GEO and ARY, most of their programs are obsessed with Indian soup.
