Does anyone know about the status of this fine actor named Azeem-ul-Haq who acted in drama serial Raat (written by Amjad Islam Amjad)?. Secondly, can anyone tell me, from where can I get the PTV dramas that are not available in the market (e.g. Amjad Islam Amjad’s Fishar, Waqt, Dehleez and many more)?

The actor in question was Azmul Haq and though I was quite young at the time he was doing dramas, he was apparently quite a heart throb. He also owned Xinhua, one of the finest chinese restaurants of its time and that is about all I know about him. would be interesting if someone could dig up more trivia.

Hi A2Zee....as tlk gave the thread link where someone said that he is in canada. and as mulan also said that he owned xinhua (as far as i know xinhua got closed for some reason..i might be wrong). i think he is settled in canada. another person who can give u more infor is arjay aka raju jameel uncle (he is a member on our gs forums) :)

Ok so his changed his name to Azmi Haq. He is no longer looks like the same Azmul Haq 
.. he is in Canada.

i remember one of his dramas with Arifa Siddiqui... must say he was very good at acting...
Arifa ask him to get her engaged to an elderly man..... anyone remember name of this play? guess it was first episode of series called 'Qasmi Kahani'...
