No one is interested in policies, party democracy etc. People have suffered so much that they will vote for even murderers as long as they can offer them some relief or lolly pops. That's the reality but still great step as someone has to do it one day, it may not win you elections but it doesn't mean you shouldn't have policies to tackle any problems.

Let’s see if people still use same old excuse that it is copy of our policy. Fact is that these parties don’t even consider disabled as important part of society. As you said “Mere acknowledgement of need of this policy” is enough to convince any reasonable person that PTI is genuinely trying to tackle Pakistan’s problems.
