IK is not police/prosecution/judiciary/investigating authority.** He can only take action from the party platform (expel from the party.. the most he can do)** if the culprits are actually prosecuted by the judiciary after investigating authorities/prosecution take them to court. Just on mere allegation Ik can not take action against these alleged electricity thieves. I have never heard IK saying that criminals from his party should be spared because of party affiliation.. unlike PPP wallas who demand all the criminal charges should be dropped against their Chairman..
