These are mere speculations. Altaf's gesture is nothing new. It has been part of parcel of Pakistani politics. remember how BB congratulated NS in National Assembly's first session ( when he was elected second time). In past taunt was considered rude, now gaalam galoch ke bagher maza nahin aata logon ko.

Doesnt matter if MQM has stolen the mandate this time. If they are intelligent they should consider this as warning shots. If they don't leave their tactics they will lose in 2018. People are genuinely fed up with their politics, it's about time for them to reform to remain relevant. No to terrorism and bhatta khori. Hoping for a peaceful karachi.

The bhatta khors of MQM are creating problems for the people whose mandate they claim to be representing.

I know of some one who is building a school in karachi, the bhatta khors appeared and asked for 2 million rupees. Negotiations took place and Farooq Sattar convinced them to pay 5 lacs, after a few days they appeared again. Khushbakht shujaat was approached, the party again had to pay 5 lacs. It seems as if the bhatta khors have gone out of control of MQM itself. Anyways this needs to stop if Karachi has to move forward. The owners of karachi have forced businesses to shift from karachi to punjab and other countries.
