Obviously there’d be a need for strong law enforcing institutions, an efficient police force, strong surveillance, flow of new anti terrorism and crime legislations as well as strong local enquiry and legal system to combat terrorism in Karachi or anywhere for the matter.

Honestly do yourself a favour and do some research on PTI, it might add some life to your arguments.
