No it is not muqawee brother. But its a big reason amongst many. PTI has been trying to develop a new political culture. Its going to be a long haul because of our inherent corrupt culture & values but at least its trying and if educated people like you do not exercise their right to vote then we may never see an improvement in our fortunes.
What I would request you is to exercise your vote. Just do not sit at home 
If no one thought about your city then it does not mean no one ever will
