This seems like a stupid idea. You can regulate employment conditions, health and safety measures, building structures, not ‘quality of education’ or ‘fees structure’. The parents can do that themselves anyways.

I don’t think is meiN koi burai hey. Private institutions have made it into the most profitable business in the country. And since it is a business, government’s role for consumer protection makes sense.
