maybe 1 or 2 incidents before 2005 but certainly not on this scale...
with all due respect to where ever you are getting your information, that isn't even close.
Since the emboldening of Extremist Sunnism due to Zia Ul Haq's regime, minority and even mainstream sunni mosques and houses of worships have been targeted starting from at least 1989. I tell this story on the boards alot and you must have read it in a post of mine refuting a similar claim to yours:
My uncle and his four sons are all doctors. Since 1985 they have been volunteering for edhi's campaign and going to rural and small areas in mosques to vaccinate children. They have been the target of suicide bombings and automated good ol fashioned timed bombings since 89. They quit doing it in 97 after one of the sons died due to injuries from one of the incidents.
so..the moral is THINK before you make claims that are highliy politicized in nature with disregard to life...just so you can win an argument. that's all.
