PML-N candidate Arbab Wasim bagged the highest 11,797 votes. He was followed by Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) Arbab Wasim with 10,789 votes to his credit.Earlier, unofficial results showed the PPP candidate as the winner.Interestingly, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate Shehzad Khan could not come up to the expectations as only 7,807 votes were polled in his favor in the by-election
^^ People are fed up with PTI style politics, constant agitation & allegation right from 2008 onward, 2008 Election Boycott, NATO Supply,Drone,Taliban Sympathizer, Election Rigging Dharna and now Panama Leaks.
KPK people gave him mandate for economic & social sector uplift, where is New KPK ? Any fundamental improvement in Hospitals,Schools,Colleges,Transport System, Infra structure, clean water, Jobs for unemployed youth etc. With strong support from Pakistani Diaspora abroad, he could use his influence to bring massive investment in KPK for job creation and industrialization of this already war torn province but he used all his energy against PML-N and result is in front of you !
The seat is owned by family, so don't read to much into it, any Tom Dick or Harry, having support of this family have more chance to win.
2ndly, PTI did very little of what it had promised, they have this tunnel vision about things, they focus on one thing at a time and does not try to run multiple projects along with other fronts...so yeah it have harmed them here and shall give them a surprise in 2018.
All the voters are watching PTI closely, every move, every statement and development they are making is under observation...and mostly what is seen in agitation and kinds of Aleem Khans and Tareens on his right and left....
So yeah, results could have been better, PTI could have increased its vote bank...but i guess that is not the target and abusing and harrasing people who are not with PTI won't take you far..
PPP won this seat but N$'s slave bureaucracy changed the results late night .
PPPs votes were thrown away and result was given in favor of PML N
However KPK divorced PTI
^^^
No body can beat PPP in rigging, however in abovr election, PMLN won, and if don't know about it, it is your leadership's new love who is incharge of the province and civil services...
Actually ppp is itself surprised to get this number of votes after their 5 year long tenure...

Are you now imitating your friend 'Registaani Parinda"? I thought you were honest at least in your thinking. Let this national party takes over the limited Punjab party lead by the most corrupt people. Think about Pakistan not just Punjab.
