Just know the children motility rate of Pakistan
Divide this in rural and urban rate
Thar is poorest part of Pakistan and a victim of natural disaster
So it is understandable
Just read about death of children in only one hospital at Faisalabad ,2000 children in 9 months
Much more than Thar , same is at KPK
Thar is sad but being used as Taliban against PPP
