Re: PTI hooliganism
According to Sharmila Farooqi, Bilawal House is the political Kaaba for PPP, therefore their reaction was nothing extra ordinary.

Re: PTI hooliganism
^^^ Clashes took place outside BBZ's house.
That is what I said in my post as well. bilawal house was the last stop, where Dr. Alvi went with others, only after they were thugged away from their initial 2 protest spots of bilawal chowrangi and boat basin.
If the protest at bilawal chowrangi had been allowed to proceed peacefully as it was, it wouldnt have come to this.

Why go and protest in front of his house? The barriers are there to protect him, and they are put up by the police, who is this PTI MNA to go and remove them? Who give PTI workers that right?
Btw, I'm no fan of BBZ, but he is a national fig now. Why do you want to make martyr out of him? Aren't there already enough un-desrving martyrs?
well hello you clearly lack info first of all they were not in front of the house secondly court has given verdict tht its illegal and should be removed n in protest the resident of tht area were present because they are having difficulty there n tht area comes under PTI thts y they were there
Re: PTI hooliganism
All hail Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for its persistent display of vision and wisdom. Here we were, all of us, united in our ignorance, adamant to prove that issues such as terrorism, economy, misgovernance and corruption demand our undivided attention. We were wrong to believe that Pakistan’s largest city, Karachi, is held hostage by its law and order situation, rising religious militancy and ruthless politics. But, thanks to PTI, we have now seen the light. The root of all evils is the “Berlin wall” in the city. The less dramatic and considerably less misguided know it as the Bilawal House wall. And, it is this very wall that the PTI desires to run into, and bring it down with the sheer power of thick skulls.
On Sunday, workers of PTI and PPP clashed as the former held a protest outside Bilawal House against the wall. Police joined in and baton-charged workers of both parties. With the local bodies elections approaching, one wonders whether the spectacle helped voters decide which one of the two sides quarrelling over a wall they would elect, to better their difficult lives. There should be no doubt that the PTI is right in principle as far as this particular issue is concerned. The structure is indeed a public nuisance and the courts have declared its construction illegal. But, let us not for a moment pretend that this barricade culture is exclusive to PPP.
There are countless similar structures, which surround the residences of various high-profile personalities, many amongst them who face a far less imminent threat to life, compared to Mr Bilawal Bhutto. They say that timing is everything in politics.
The fact that the PTI appears to be concentrating all its energy and anger on a single structure, just after Mr Bilawal’s address which criticized Mr Imran Khan’s apologetic stance on terrorism, raises serious doubts over the motives behind its latest ‘mission’. Is it being done to ease the lives of ordinary commuters, or to make Mr Bilawal’s life difficult?
Perhaps, a little caution should be exercised considering the reports that allege Mr Khan’s own residence in Bani Gala is not CDA approved. It is understandable that the party leadership needs to keep its ‘passionate’ crowd indulged in one ‘cause’ or the other. It’s clearly addicted to opposition. And, it is from the self-cultivated sentiment of blatantly obvious self-righteousness and victimhood it derives its momentum from. It cannot and will not work for too long. Sooner or later, everyone will get tired. PTI is assured that it doesn’t stand on the moral high ground it believes it does, and its ongoing displays of selective outrage and vigilantism fool no one.

Media reports, including one posted above, shows that clashes took place when PTI workers tried to remove police barriers in front of BBZ's house. As for the court verdict, PTI has no mandate to implement court verdicts. That is police's job & if police is not implementing court orders than go file petition in a court.
Btw, now we are finding out that IK own house was build w/o CDA's approval. Would you like PPP workers to tear it down?
PTI is turning into JI of old days...this is what JI used to do until they were forced out of Karachi by MQM. They have shifted their thuggish politics to college campuses around the country & PTI is trying to fill the void.

There certainly are many such structures, but they dont have high court verdicts against their removal.

One monday afternoon protest with the backing of the locals hardly equates to 'all energy and anger'. The author of this piece is giving bilawal too much credit. Bilawal himself is making life difficult for himself. Its quite obvious that he is trying to generate hatred through his tweets and speeches. In many civilized countries, incitement itself is a crime. In this case, it is immaturity.

Quite irresponsible of the scribe to quote a statement that he himself defines as 'alleged'.**
Re: PTI hooliganism
Bilawal is a joke.. his rantings (not speeches) do not deserve mentioning in any political discourse.. he is doing exactly what his mother did before she came to pakistan… making a LOT OF NOISE TO MAKE SURE THAT HIS RANTINGS REACH THE “DEVIL” OF THE WHITE HOUSE… telling POTUS that he is the BEST AND LAST HOPE FOR THEIR WAR IN THE AF-PAK REGION.. infact SHOUTING “CHOOSE ME!!”.. “CHOOSE ME!!”..

Re: PTI hooliganism
PTI leadership has to make sure that they contain this culture of ghunda-pun among its workers. I am still deeply disturbed the way they were beating the truck drives in KPK while protesting for drone attacks.
Re: PTI hooliganism

simple explanation is you are EVIL.
1) You need to revisit the forum rules (I'm surprised that mods are letting you get away with the vile stuff you keep posting here including personal attacks).
2) I will support whoever I like. At least I don't support terrorists.

"atleast i don't support "terrorist" means what... ?? "
quote me when i said anything to support "terrorists"... that's a shame.. that you come here and bash and ridicule other people and communities and if someone defends or just asks for proof of your allegations .. you get all upset.. and start demanding a ban!

yup we are all here to teach you some 'wazeefay and tasbeehat' and nice stuff... so enjoy :-p
Actually, you mentioned in your other post yourself that it is being alleged that possibly Imran Khan’s residence has also issues. Well, first of all, this is not confirmed. However, if it is confirmed, PTI workers will be first one to ask Imran Khan to abide by the law. Real PTI followers want justice for all. Real PTI followers are after the philosophy of justice and not after a person. At least, this is why me and people I know support PTI.
Re: PTI hooliganism
**The Karachi Press Club (KPC) has banned the coverage and entry of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its leaders following rowdy attitude of the party workers who not only harassed the KPC members but also tortured a joint secretary of the club on Tuesday.
The incident occurred when some PTI workers protesting against drone attacks attempted to enter the club premises. The PTI workers lost their temper when security of the ‘exclusively members’ club prevented the crowd from entering. The workers b****shing sticks misbehaved with KPC members and manhandled KPC Joint Secretary Shams Keerio.*
