There’s a marked difference between kpk of today and yesterday. The only thing which the party has not been able to do so far is conduct the local government polls, which could make a big difference especially in rural (forsaken) areas. Development should be distributed in the whole province and not concentrated in some parts. The party wants biometric system for the elections, but ECP is not ready as yet. The party should strive to undertake the local government system ASAP. When comparing kpk with other provinces (especially Punjab) we should keep in mind that this province has borne the brunt of the so called war on terror during the past decade.

Though you summed it up fairly well, one thing I would want to add to your remarks is the fact that PTI’s 1-year government is compared with PML’s 7-year (on a stretch) government in a province which is financially and resource-wise happen to be one of the strongest regions in the country. It is like pitching a 7th grade student against a 1st grader. This is what you call spurious analysis.
