PTCL broadband

i wanted to try PTCL broad band but given the kind of deceptive measures used by Pakistani companies to sell their products and no customer service after the sale, I would like to ask people here if anyone has subscribed to this service? please share your experience.

Ive tried it. Its good. Better than other dsl services in Pakistan at the very least.

Ive run a 1mb dsl connection on a network of 12 PCs, and at any given time, 6 or 7 are running. The connection is fairly decent.

I applied for the PTCL dsl connection 3 weeks back, still no answer.

I already have COMSATS dsl. Its quite good....

Don't go for PTCL.
They practically have no custoemr service. Their billing process is just pathetic.

I have two phone lines and wanted to see how good ptcl dsl is..... Anyway, feel what you feel.

sorry yaar. asal may, comCast is one of the biggest internet and cable tv providers in the USA. Pakistaniyoon ko copy karnay ka bohat shoawk hai, hud yeh hai kay internet service provider ka naam bhi copy kar liya. is baat par hasraha hoon

I never used broadband anyone please tell me how it works exactly.
phone line bz rahe gi while using ya nahi ?

I am using it since last two months now. Initially it was very bad and annoying with disconnections, modem restart and what not. But now it works like a charm. I am kinda liking it now. I have a 1mb link and its quite a lot for that price if you are in Pakistan.

I've a plan to subscribe for this Service, when I'll be go to Pakistan in December INSHALLAH...
