i have my parcel detained by GPO lahore, not releasing, asking for pta noc

haha its funny :)
anyways, I'll suggest type up a a letter, with all the make and model of this tablet. Then go to nearest PTA office and tell them to sign and stamp it. They'll ask for something in return, usually money, you can give them 500 or something and get over with it, OR try to find someone in PTA that can help you out in getting those signatures . Ideal situation would be if they'll ask for nothing. I never saw that happen.
