Almost all of us will have gone through some form of Psychometric testing at job interviews. How do you prepare for them? and do you believe in them?

I guess if they suspect someone for being a psycho then the give them these tests. I have never been subject to any. :snooty:

j/k , but I have never been subject to any psychometric testing.

Talk about yourself, I am no psycho. :snooty:

I always work for good companies where there are no psycho hiring managers. :snooty: If they show a sign of not trusting their employees or potential employees and want to subject them to unreasonable demands , I will walk out of the interview. :snooty:

this test is normally conducted at the interview stage , never on the current employees :hmmm:
