Islamabad lost last game with Peshawar, but Islamabad is better team, hence I believe, Islamabad would win this game.

I agree united is way better than their record so far. They are capable of winning all the way, just not clicking. Its actually surprising to me.

Latif is a type of batter we need in t20. Just he is not having enough momentum in int. Cricket. Wat a mighty six he hit..

Not a good finish by isb. Zalmi did very well after good enough batting by misbah n Latif. They r short of 20 runs. I believe Zalmi gonna win this

Well the good news for islamabad united is that they survived for 20 overs.

The bad news is that its a weak score on this wicket. Now they just hope for a couple of hattricks

You are right. Islamabad is the strongest team with good batsmen, bowler and wicket keeper. They should have made more runs today. I was expecting around 165 to 170, but unfortunately they crumbled in the end.

I still believe they have good enough bowlers to defend 152 runs, and win the game.

Misbah captaincy was pathetic, and it was obvious in this game.

A Captain should know the state of players, but Misbah had no idea that Russel was injured. Actually, TV showed it in Islamabad last game that Russel was injured, something Misbah should have known and given him rest instead of playing.

Secondly, not to have at least one slip and two other close fielders to stop singles, especially when spinners are bowling. If there is no fielders to stop singles and take catches in slip when spinners bowling, than that is not good captaincy in limited over game.

Thirdly, when opponent needed only 7 runs per over in last 5 overs, than need was to have at least three close fielders to save singles, but Misbah field placing was to give singles on demand.

In the end, a Captain should know the players and also should know how to use the players properly and effectively, get the most out of them and make them feel at ease and confident, what it seems Misbah was lacking.

Well, that is my feeling. Initially I thought that Islamabad would be second after Quetta, but it seems, Islamabad would be third after Peshawar ... even though Peshawar has no proper specialist batsman in the team (except Tamim).

[From specialist batsmen, I mean batsmen whose first class average is above 40].

Yea tou hay, you are right. Waisay bhie, initial matches does not matter that much. Out of 5 teams, only one would be out ... and as the points system is, Quetta and Peshawar have already qualified. Of other 3, I believe Islamabad and Karachi would qualify, Lahore would be out.
