A psychiatrist here wouldn’t be able to tell your cousin when to stop taking prozac unless they were treating her. It’s a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. Better for your cousin or you is to ask her doctor the question since the doctor knows her medical history.

And if you’re a med school graduate, why wouldn’t you ask your professors or the doctors in the hospital you’ve done your rotations at, rather than on a random forum? Gosh, if this is how you’re going to be practicing medicine (asking people on a Pakistani social networking forum) going forward, Allah hi hafiz hai.

I didn’t study in Pakistan and haven’t started the hospital yet.
