I came across this name yesterday while reading a book and googled it today. Some people claim it contains a grand plan for world dominations hatched by zionists at the first zionist congress in 1897. But others, who are in majority according to the results of the search, believe that it is an antisemitic book written by those who hate jews. They also claim that it is not even genuine and was a plagiarism of other works, a literary forgery and a hoax.
