along the same line, i remember reading news in Pakistani papers 2-3 years ago how a christian missionary under the guess of a welfare society who offered free medical support, was converting muslims to christianity, most of them were poor people with very limited resource, and they were offered free medical treatment and financial support in return of conversion… this was in Karachi, in an annual christian gathering in YMC ground
