you r tryin to say that if some sort of persecution happens in pakistan then other countries or ppl from other countries r not allowed to protest it coz we don’t promise freedom for all.. which i still think is retarded and false. firstly, if no one protests, it clearly gives way to more persecution and injustices.. secondly, pakistan does claim to be a free nation and for all. i think Quaid made it clear in plain and simple english.
