Protein shake and resistance training

ok can someone plz share some protein shake recipes all made with natural ingredients..no protein powders or anything processed… and no more than 200 calories…

how can i do 20 minutes of light weights like 5–10-pound dumbbells.. (resistance training).i was wondering do girls have to do such things ?

hi uetian... I m certainly no expert but try fresh milk with yoghurt and whizz fresh fruit??? Its a eau naturel healthy protein shake- try taking vitamins or alternativlely increase ur fruit and veg portions and lots of fish and milk- ditch the full fat go for semi/skimmed milk or soya milk- hope this helps Good luck!!!
