Lentils (daal), soya, pulses, nuts (almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts), oily fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines etc), Quinoa (has a very high protein content looks like cous cous), egg whites contain the protein and the yolk contains fat/cholesterol

Soy milk :)..yumm
seeds eg. sesame, sunflower
whole wheat bread/pita; whole grain stuff

tofu
lentils
beans
skimmed milk
nuts including almonds
pure egg whites

      Well thats about it for me. I usually focus on Chicken, Egg whites and protein powder mixed in water. 
       Chickpeas (chana) and lentils (daals) have lots of proteins but they have also lots of carbohydrate and i can't exchange daal with roti (if i have to choose one) roti/chapati is very full filling.
