Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act

Again in the name of “National Interest”, the US government is planning to pass a bill to “switch off” the Internet or part of it if required . You can find more information about it here .

Well it is astonishing, how easily US government is making fool of its people and kept on tightening their grip around their necks . Fear created on 911 is finally paying off for the government . It seems like sooner US will be in the list of those countries where civil liberty is just a dream . Laws sucking up the natural rights of people not only undermine the liberty but basic human rights . Since when its the duty of the government to teach people how to live , what to listen , and what not to think and see .

One word that best describe the US government policies is Pathetic .

Re: Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act

Depends. Got any organization that tracks such stuff?

Re: Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act

Well interestingly this act is not only for desis or Asians or as you might like to call them ''non goray'' . . . this will effect anyone living inside America . The thing is that it all started from Petriot Act and now they are trying to get in to our pants . Means seriously , what kinda nonsense is this !!!

They can pretty much block any domain name that they *think *is involved in illegal activity . Who gona judge that ?? No one . Its same like , coming in to your house and telling you that we don't like your house , so we are taking it from you . Someone really needs to chain this dog .

Re: Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act

..and my reply was for non goray only. if you don't like the laws move back where they came from. same is true for french burqa ban.

voila !

Re: Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act

then why western media has so much with sudanese women being canned for wearing trouser

or death sentence of iranian women for adultery
doesn't ur rule is applicable to western media and what about fundamental rights of non goray
is not this violation of freedom of speech
