I dont have any defence for prostitution but I would ,like to hear some ‘devils advocate’ for i like a physicist also believe just as no energy is destroyed but only transformed to another form,NO ACTION HAS ONLY NEGATIVITY AS OUTPUT FOR EVEN THE WASTE PRODUCT ,ACTS AS COMPOST & USED AS FERTILIZERS.

One more point I want to make.
If a women is forced into prostitution because of her economic and social circumstances, then it terrible.
But I have nothing against a women who makes prostitution by choice as a profession. Just like men sell their muscular power as laborers , so wome should have the freedom to sell their physical capabilities too.
If men dont like it , dont go there. Business is a matter of supply, demand and price.

What I am trying to find out it is that if prostitution is bad profession then why? I know we have our religious reasons, but I wanted to see it from science point of view like it is a bad profession because:
It transmits AIDS.
It brings unstability in a relationship where a woman or man selling their body for money.
It Kills 'Sharam' of humanity.
It make woman a product than a human like any one of us.
It allows men to become greedy.

It is the oldest trade in the world. Good/bad is not something we should judge a profession by. It should be legalized, as by disallowing it, it flourishes more. It is “illegal” in New York to sell your body for sex, but I walk by at least 15 hookers every day to and from work, waiting for a customer. By legalizing it, the State can control the other peripheral nuisances (e.g., public health issues, such as AIDS, etc.).
Whatever one may consider this profession to be, it is not going to disappear, so it is only wise to deal with it. It has been proven that prohibition of it does not work.
I don’t want to discuss the moral issues associated with this profession, as I don’t want to be the judge.

prostitution is bad. only now we are seeing that it causes STDs to be transmitted from one to the other. but what well before we knew that?
prostitution is the profession where women claims to be treated as "object" of entertainment. while being a 'human-being' why should she be treated as "object"?...... errr, did I go out of topic?

What is the going rate in India, Pakistan, Thailand, Japan and USA? Any one knows the statistics??
i guess prostitution is a necessary evil
its the gravest crime to force some woman into prostitution .but its no problem if some woman chooses it as a proffesion to make her life easy
and its because of prostitutes that a large number of men esp single men are kept under control or else there would be increase in the number of crime against women and increase in cases of perversion
so prostitution is indespensible
