Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

Btw @Southie

Shocking mistake in Darren Wilson grand jury | MSNBC

prosecutor… is… just…

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

Thank you kakee. May God bless you for seeking out the truth.

"With prosecutors like this, Wilson did not need a defense lawyer "

How fitting!

And there are some here who would go out of their way to defend this prosecutorial misconduct. Some of whom have a law degree.

:hi: southie.

PS: I say what shouthie said.

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

Can anyone of you explain me the injustice ?

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

You are right in condemning the decision but I don’t understand why are you getting personal with everyone and giving likes to insulting posts in the process and encouraging rude behaviour? (just saw your and kakee’s posts in WA)

You’re not doing any favour to the black community by being like this.

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

Not sure what post you are talking about. Maybe you can reply to my post in that “WA” thread.

what exactly is rude about this post? First of all this post was not a personal comment about you. It is about anyone who would continue to support the grand jury decision in the face of such overwhelming evidence. Yes. If you fall in that category, consider urself included.

Please save ur lectures on giving likes. I think I have liked at least 2 posts of us in the last 24 hrs. There is no plot. I see a post. It appeals to me. I like it.

Thank you

PS can u please like this post

Open source in action.

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

Both @Southie and I have posted several dozen posts about the injustice. You can read through the threads and click the links. I’ve been spreading the information over and over again, but for some reason people still refuse to believe that killer cop murdered an unarmed young black man.

Wilson said that he looked like a demon. Like it was fighting Hulk Hogan… despite being the same height 6 foot 2 and I think Brown was a bit heavier. If you look at the “evidence” that people are saying is why it was justifiable for Wilson to shoot Brown for 12 times you’ll see that Wilson barely has a scratch on him. That he was inconsistent with his lies. From 10 punches it suddenly became 2.
The media, and police force fabricated evidence by combining two footages. The prosecutor herself made it so easy for Wilson to be let go and even lied to the Grand Jury.

As for whether or not we’re doing anything for the black community. We do not represent the black community. We’re not black. We’re giving you information. Tons of it in fact. Whether or not you want to turn a blind eye to the truth is your decision.

where’s the love for me, bro :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

The.advice about what is best for the black community was disingenuous at best. Coming from the person who called blacks lazy, watching TV more than any one else, prone to violence, etc etc. Those comments are racist.

The goal here is NOT to serve ANY community. The only goal is to bring out the truth.

And the truth is - the prosecutors.did everything the could to serve as Wilson’s defense lawyers.

Remember the objective of grand jury is NOT to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. It is the prosecutors job to present to jury evidence that shows there is a reasonable chance the officer did something inappropriate and caused the death.

It is a low bar. They did everything not to overcome that low hurdle. And that was the injustice we are trying to highlight.

Ferguson grand jury investigation: A shadow trial violates the public’s right to access.

The public has a right to have access to a criminal trial proceeding. For just as it is important that an innocent person is not convicted, it is equally important a guilty person doesn’t walk Scot free.

That is the reason the prosecution’s conduct is disgusting. For they conducted it like a trial. Without the openness of a trial.

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

You know, it’s horrible to say, but I wonder if people would just cancel each other out slowly… with their own guns inside their own country.

I don’t like that I know more about Ferguson protests than the protests in Mexico or Hong Kong. Their government is doing scary things yet no one in the world cares.

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

I can only speak to the situation in the US. Each incident such as this is a teaching moment. The US is constantly improving socially. Progress is made - slowly but surely. The direction is positive.

There are and will always be people who will believe the system is fair and color blind. But those are overwhelmed by right thinking people who acknowledge the truth. And stand as one against such injustices. And you can find such honesty across the races. And across party lines.

The Fed steps in when called for and rights the wrong. Not always. But often enough.

That we can criticize the system when it goes off track is the ultimate strength of The USA.

here @Southie

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

I can’t bring myself to watch the softballs that troll Stephanopoulos lobbed to Wilson. The media for the most part is pathetic. Liberal websites - and the only one I rely on is dailykos.com - (huffingtonpost.com is erratic) - is where I get reliable and honest reporting.

No point wasting time listening to this troll interview a suspected or alleged murderer.

Re: Prosecutor in the Mike Brown murder didn’t want the case to go to tria

yeah, I wish PCG etc would watch these things. People shouldn’t just follow what they think is popular opinion.
