have you guyz ever been to ta traffic ticket violation hearing? I think most of us would have. If you plead no guilty for ticket and keep going ahead to challeng it and face a hearing in the end, what happens if the cop shows up? The court barely even listen to you. They just listen to the cop, ask them questions and all that and no matter how much you jump up and down give the decision in favor of cop.
Now how in the world do you expect they would suspect cop in this case? DUH

Agreed.
However…how many of us know that the vast majority of people who challenge traffic violation fines do so hoping that the cop will not show up and the court will, by default, find in our favour? There are always two sides to every story.
