This is one of the main benefits of paying by credit card, if you have any problems with your purchase and the company refuses to refund/replace you can always do a ‘charge back’. I always book holidays on credit card too, there was a phase in the uk when many travel companies were going bust and people were left with no holiday and no money back. A debit card will not protect you and it will take a long time to recoup any losses.
