Can it be that the Magazines has manipulated the pictures
as its the same person in two pictures just that one is a bit dark
and the images can be both totally fake as they are master in doing
this kind of stuff

@#$@$! The guy is doing different things in both photos (check your glasses). The photos are not fake. But like many photos a closeup doesnt give the whole story.
