the top one is actully the room which Hazrat Khadija(r) used for trading, it sys "Tijaara" which menas trade
The guest room is the one on the left, as it says "Wafd" which menas deligations or messengers from other places that room was used by the prophet to meet them or they might have been staying there too.
the one in the middle I think is the open area
the big one at the bottom right is where Hazrat Fatima(r) was born it sys "maulad" which means place of birth
on top of it on the right is Hazrat Muhammad's(s) room
and to the left of it is the prayer room
