i don’t see the relevance, but yes, the translation pretty much says the same.. the how’s and why’s are for us to understand.. I doubt we’ve even begun to understand the world we live in.. just because we don’t have a rational explanation for the ‘miracle’ right now doesn’t mean there isn’t one.. Allah has made the Universe subject to some rules.. I’m sure His miracles follow them too.
