Prophets and Marriage

  1. Quran offers overriding position above Jesus to Muhammad. None - including Quran - seems to be accusing Jesus of any affair with any woman.

  2. David and Solomon are kings as well as prophets. Esther became Queen of a King.

  3. Quran does give an explanation for polygamy, the period of concentration,

2 years to wean a baby. Yes women do get attached to their children more.

7-8 months once a woman is assured of pregnancy.

The period was too long a period for men that they seek another partner.

( No divine knowledge was given to any of the prophets including Moses. All were given knowledge later)

All kings were following polygamy, save a very few.

( Discussing on the status of the women is not the discussion here. It can safely be assumed that the treatment of women was very much the same around the world. There were Queens, concubines, wives and whores.)

  1. Surahs 33

Why Muhammad’s way of life , people’s social affair at Muhammad’s house with his wives ( 33:53) , Muhammad’s unique freedom to marry any woman whom he desires (33:50 " a privilege for thee only, not for the (rest of) believers") is mentioned?

Are these God’s words sealed by God Himself.

  1. With respect to other prophets

for example, in Bible, Hosea buys a whore, takes her as his wife and asks her to remain devoted to him while also he would to her - without ofcourse touching her. He explains the prophesy as Jerusalem remaining without power for several centuries.

Are there any specific prophesy made with respect to
Muhammad’s act of having more wives

  - say was there any prophesy attached to each marriage - save the first one with Khadijah or the second or third one - giving some degree of liberty.

man why do u have to be so confused when asking things????

none of ur questions ever make sense....
why dont u take a course in "Asking questions clearly so that the questioned can know exactly what u r asking"....

P.S. i never knew bible accuses prophets of dealings with whores....

"Asking questions clearly so that the questioned can know exactly what u r asking"....
fully agree with you didn't get anything

4 Earlier

56:78. In a Book kept hidden
56:79. Which none toucheth save the purified,
56:80. A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds.

Does the application of these verses apply to Sura 56 only or to the entire Quran.

Specifically, the verses in question in Sura 33, are they also cover by the sanctity of the Sura 56 78-80.

Are there any other verses that ensures the purity of these verses in Sura 33.

Regarding your ignorance about the Prophet Hosea

If Quran does not mention about a prophet, say Hosea himself, then does that mean that he is a false prophet.

Or say, Prophet Hosea is of no importance to Muslims. Or are those false prophets, like Hosea, are also Jinns.

Submit Islam to all Jewish prophets.

Quran describes itself in 56:80 as "A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds."

For Christians "God of the World" means Satan. ( II Corinthians 4:4 ).

See to it you do not get misdirected by your favorite Iblis. After misdirected try to spread your misconceptions to the world in the name of JIHAD.

II Corinthians "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."
