Hmmmmmmmmm i think it all depends on how the person is raised in the west...if parents let their kids do what ever they want...apney apney ghar ki baat hia some care alot to preserve the ideal family that we all want...and some just say "we have to get use to the culture of usa....or "we have to let our kids get adjusted to this mahol!" If its ok for a girl to walk on the street with any dubahtaa on and father,brother, or mother do not say anything about it than she will grow up to be some girl that everyone know...and if some one asks that girl from the begining that she has to put her dubahta on and so forth she will get use to it and have some sharam...when people come here (in USA) they think they are in jaanat or somethingg...sharmaoo haya ki koe parrwaa nahi kartaa....so that why most no some guys thing that way...but i think it all depends on how and what is the "Maahool" of ones house.
