Property update in Lahore

Hi guys could you please update for 5 or 10 marlas plot in all over the lahore including , Defence, Iqbal town, Faisal town , Model town or in many other area…

wat sort r u looking for...commercial or residential...I wouldnt think that that size would be available in DHA for residential though:)

expensive :) don't expect anything under 10 lakh for a simple 7 marlay ka plot.

also, the same plot would be much more expensive in defence than it would be in faisal town, and faisal town i'm guessing would be more expensive than iqbal town.

I have only seen Maaadel town...cant remember where Faisal and Iqbaal r:)...

That would be so nice if you guys write down the prices rather then the different discussion ... i am really looking to buy in Lahore and i am outside from country and that would be appreciated that if you post me some links .

arai mairai bhai..price kiis illaqai ki...makkhan pura...ghass mandi..baigam poora ..baghbanpura...ya defence...cavalary...gulberg...and model town..a lot of ups and downs.....

Defence Housing Authority has their website, which is actually a very good resource for prices. Check it out

Not sure about other locations. Buying a plot in Defence is probably good for overseas Pakistanis as normally you don’t have to worry about squatters grabbing your land. The upfront plot price is comparatively expensive but the historical appreciation is also phenomenal. But do your own due diligence and crystal ball gazing.

1 marla is approx. 25 sq. m. apparently.

I marla is 225 sq ft in Lahore, whereas, its is more in other parts of Punjab say Faialsalabad it is 275 sq ft.

5 Marla prices in Model Town (extension) as only in few blocks of extention u can find 5 or 10 marla plots is 20-25 laks, 10 marlas around 60-70 laks.. same in Faisal Town - though very few plots are left in these areas..

Small plots like these can be found in Wapda Town 5 Marla 15 lacks and 10 Marla around 35-40 lacks..

Or in Jauher Town J Block is good as it is near Canal arae 25-50 for 5 marla
