Well Khatti has two properties within a given location. I’ll presume her inherited properties are maybe in a different location.
Although, depending on the economic outlook consumers are likely to rent than buy properties. In fact during a recession there is data to show the increase in rental prices. As for the diversification her portfolio is small and needs to be looked at on the micro level. I think she is fine.
At least that is what I think..Lol
