Where do you see the property market going up in the next 10 years? up until recently it was certain locations in Europe and Dubai, but looks like thats not the case anymore ..

Any input will be greatly appreciated

There are a few emerging markets particularly the real estate sector.

Countries to look out for :- Afghanistan, Myanmar (Burma), Ghana, Botswana, Mongolia, Philippines, Hungary, Zambia, Turkey, Peru.
