Proof of Black Magic Accusation

What does traditional Shariah require as proof for accusing someone of perfroming Black Magic (sahr)?

In Pakistan, many ‘spiritual experts’ will tell you that you are under the influence of sahr and so and so person is responsible. They usually come up with the name through visions, dreams or some mysterious spiritual process. Does traditional Islamic Shariah consider such eveidence as valid basis for an accusation?

The way to find out if that is true or not is only through al-Qur’an.

My brother is a reciter against sihr, kutbah, and only by Qur’an one will know if someone made kutba (writings with the help of Jinn to harm you).

Make sure the one you get help from is a true reciter who has permission to recite against Jinn and remove their harm. How will you know? If only he does it by al-Qur’an recitiation, or reciting on al-Qur’an on water and asking you to drink it.

Thanks for your reply.

What i really like to know is if the statement of the true reciter can be used as sufficient proof to,
1. Make a public accusation against someone.
2. Take action against the accused. For example, divorce one's wife if the true reciter says she is involved.

Does Sharia accept the true reciter's statement as proof?

In today’s materialistic world, it is very difficult for people to accept these practices. People would rather consider such cases as epilepsy and hysteria fits. I might have been one of them if it hadn’t have happened to one of my family members.

How does a sheikh qualify to give permission? And exactly which sheikhs are you talking about, the UAE royals or someother sheikhs?

PS: I want to know what the Quran says about Black Magic and Kutba, if anybody could be kind enough to give a reference, Ill apreciate it.

Please refer to Surah Baqarah, 2:102. The verse mentions how Allah sent two angels, Haroot and Maroot, among the people of Babel as a test. The angels were given the knowledge of magic (seher), that could be used for both good and bad purposes. They always warned people before imparting with the subject that they had been sent as a test for them and advised them not to fall prey to temptation of misusing the knowledge.

The only thing I can tell you is to get your head examined. Blaming and accusing someone based on assumptions. Dont you have any sence in you. Cant you see you are going to destroy the relationship. Its acctualy satan whispering in your ear telling you to lets say, divorce your wife because some baba jee told you your wife was putting black magic on you.

Infact it would be better that you do that, because she does not deserve the likes of you. What kind of a person are you?

Typical Pakistani jahil, gawar, lazy, hypocryte. Pointing fingures. Blaming and accusing others. Nothing to do with black magic. Simply its in your head. And satan is telling you to belive in black magic, and that you have been effected, and that so and so is doing it to you.

And btw, there is NO mention of black magic in Quran. Its simply MAGIC. There is no black or white. Its only magic. Deception. Illusion.

But I pray for the person who you want to accuse and pray that you get your senses back. Blame your self if you have to blame anyone. Becuase what ever you do, YOU alone are responsible for your actions. Not some jinn or black magic nonsence.

People who have had experience with such situations have related that the following are among the signs of a person who is possessed by jinn (or Satan):
Strong repulsion when hearing Qur’aan or Aathaan (call for prayers).
Episodes of losing consciousness and/or epileptic attacks, especially when Qur’aan is recited for the possessed person.
Frequent nightmares during sleep.
Tendency to avoid people accompanied by out-of-the-norm behavior.
The jinn who possesses him might speak when Qur’aan is recited for the possessed person.
Madness, as stated in the Qur’aan (interpretation of the meaning): "Those who devour usury will not stand except as stands one whom Satan by his touch hath driven to [epileptic] madness…"2:275
As for a person struck by magic he might experience the following:
Dislike of one’s spouse, as indicated in the Qur’aan by the following verse (interpretation of the meaning): “And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife…” (Al-Baqarah, 2:102).
Different attitude in the house from that which is outside the house. For example, a person will feel that he is missing his family when is outside the house but when he goes home, love changes quickly to extreme hatred.
Inability to have sexual intercourse with one’s spouse.
Frequent miscarriage for pregnant women.
Sudden change in behavior without obvious reason.
Complete loss of appetite for food.
Thinking or imagining one has done something when in reality one has not.
Sudden obedience and/or love for a particular person.
It should be noted that if a person experiences some of the above symptoms this does not necessarily mean that he is either possessed by a jinn or struck by black magic. It might be due to physiological or psychological reasons.
As for curing this condition the following steps are recommended:
Putting one’s trust in Allah with sincere belief that He is the only cure for everything.
Reading Qur’aan and known supplications expressing seeking refuge, the most important and effective of which is sura 113 and 114, Al-Falaq and Al-Naas, which were used to cure the Prophet himself. Surah 112, Al-Ikhlaas, is recommended along with them, as well as the opening chapter of the Qur’aan, Al-Fatihah. To cure black magic some have successfully used seven lotus-tree leaves. The leaves should be crushed, then mixed them with water enough for taking a bath. The following verses from the Qur’aan are then recited: verse Al-Kursi (2:255), surah Al-Kafiroon (109), surah 112, 113, 114; the verses which mention magic, which are: in surah Al-Baqarah (2:102), Al-A’raaf (3:117-119), Yunus (10:79-82), and Taha (20:65-69). The possessed person drinks some of the water, and the rest is used to give him a bath.
Removing the elements of magic as was done by the Prophet when he was struck by black magic by a Jewish man called Lubaid Ben Al-‘Aasim.
Eating seven Aa’liya Al-Barniy dates (among the dates of Al-Madinah) first thing in the morning; if not possible, any dates will suffice, by the will of Allaah.
Cupping–removing excess blood.
Supplications.
And we ask Allaah to cure your brother and ease your hardship and his, as He is the One who cures and there is no one else who can cure.

well i wana add one thing that a true reciter will never harm any one and they dont explore things and family matters or any thing........they just do dua by them self that if is bad he/she stop her /his self....as
Allah is the only one who give IZZAT /RESPECT AND DOWNFALL.

I guess you are saying that the true reciter will not accuse anyone.
Will a true reciter say if a certain thing (e.g. a gift) is bearing magic? That's what leads to accusations later.

Lastly, how would one know if someone is a true reciter?

yes the true reciter will not ,hmmm if i tell u the truth its ur luck only that u find any true ones....rest all are doing black magic coz its very easy to do when any blackmagician tell u its simplu doing all the haram work to deepest extent just to make shataan happy to give u the power to haram other with the help of bad and evil jins...where as being a true reciter it gets ages and u get just very little good powers .the point where u misuse it gets away ...
i my self have gone through a lot cant tell ua nd was the same never belived it ....and investigating on it always and this investigation of mine O ALLAH has thought me a lesson that i will never forget even i die....sorry i dont wana disscuss it.
but coming to the point its very tough u will meet hunderds of them even thousands will say we are true we are true but dude its only ur luck u meet rest all will say that ur under the influence even ur not though.the minute ur luck is bad and u meet the black magic person some time they their self are so dangerous that they there self cast spells on u at that very second..
just only i say Allah protect every one.
say ur prayers and fulfil all duties given by Allah to muslims.

friend now i am going to tell you the symptoms of black magic.
if you have any of these symptoms then you are also suffering from black magic.
1) if some one sees motion or urine in his dream or see himself in bathroom or with the motion attached to his body, see himself/herself in unhygienic condition.
2) headache.
3) the whole body is in pain.
4) the one wishes or wants to have sex.
5) back-ache or has pain in kidneys
6) smelly fats.
7) feels like the body is on fire.
8) the whole body remains hot and so does the mouth.
9) eyes remain red and feels irritation in eyes.
10) you feel to go to the bathroom after a little while for urine and motion.

this is the magic of sex this is mainly done coz of jealousy, in this kind of situation the girls mind stops working the only thought she has in mind is having sex and she doesn’t know what is happening with her she alwayz thinks about this and atlast she does this with someone. this is the magic of sex.
many people said this quran cant break magic and they think only another reverse magic can stop it. if someones magic is not breaking then there must be a reason behind this and that is also not compulsulory that every kind of magic can break only by reciting 4 qul. doctors don’t use same/one medicines to cure different diseses same is in this case we need to find the symptons and then find out what kind of magic has been cast on the victim. different surahs are used to cut different magics each surah has its own uses 4 qul not alwayz cut each type of magic.
