I can't think of anyone specific right now but I love listening to songs from Pakistani underground bands/artists, some of these guys have so much talent.

OK so not sure whether this artist is promising but he has one of the most annoying yet catchy songs that’s come outta Pakistani Pop. Hope you guys excuse the sleazy lyrics

I was just thinking about Hash the other day. His "My Moment" is pretty good, but after that he never really came out with much else.
