I just saw that there is this new health & fitness section!! Yay! I just started a couch to 5K program that I think is great! I can’t run even if my life depended on it
But this program slowly introduces running and I know several people who have actually run a 5K after doing this program. I want to do it just to tone up and loose flab. But my 10 year old daughter ran the 5K last month so I think that it might be good for those of you with kids, something healthy to do with them.
I don’t think I can post a link but if you do a google search for “Couch to 5K” you should be able to find it…
