i just soak my feet in water that has some shampoo in it to loosen up the skin then scrub with a pumice stone and put some mosturizer on afterwards
You can apply nail polish on it afterwards I normally just put on a light colour or clear polish
The pumice stone scrubs away the dead skin cells so i find after i do it it usually has the same effect as getting it done by a professional

that’s all they do in the professional spas/salons? I thought maybe they add more products that are especially for the health of the feet
