What’s your take on Always outnumbered, Never outgunned? Although I’ve only heard a few tracks, it just isn’t getting there for some reason. Seems like they’re trying a bit too hard to bring in ‘fresh’ sound.
The tour may be selling out, but the fans will still be shouting for Jilted and the classics. Maybe it’s better to stick to mixing and editing with Paul Oakenfold and the biraadari?
oh ballaayy 5abii, dil khush kar ditta praa :bhangra:
Way it is is prety good. But re: tracks like Girls is what I was talking about - if one didn’t know better, it comes across as a sorta Beastie Boys track. Which isn’t a bad thing, just a new flavor. Not as intense as Fat of the land and predecessors.
You wouldnt happen to have or know of a place where I could.. ‘sample’ the rest of those tracks . (kazaa, P2P etc. is not an option where I’m at right now).
I’ll be buying the orig album once I return to civilization anyway.
the album is amazing, it is a departure from music for a jilted generation, and fat of the land etc, if u buy the album expecting that you may be a little disappointed, as I first was, but teh album is a permanent resident of my car cd player.
True say, that's exactly how I felt Fraudia bhai. I haven't checked all of em out yet, but so far they just don't compare to jilted generation etc. That album was the Prodigy I fell in love with.
These new tracks don't have the same 'jaan' in them. Good, but very different. It's like Al Pacino taking up a Jim Carey role.
