once it happend for me in india and my office is next to a big mall and went there and brought a new pant, thats the first time when credit card are really useful to me

Dude just go to nearest walmart or whatever and buy new pants :)

Tape it up with invisible tape , you can find tons on it in your office and you have to use many layer to make the bond sturdy.
