everytime i sign in its says u are logged in and then when i click on to forum it shows its not logged in them i have to constantly refresh my page it still doesnt show that im logged in , then i have to sign in every 5 10 mins y is that any help please

Tick the 'save' checkbox before clicking on login. :)
